Q - Can I buy Pepper Spray?
A – It is legal in all states.
In some states it is restricted?
New York - Must be purchased from a New York state licensed firearm dealer or pharmacist.
Wisconsin - Special State formulation does not allow UV DYE. "All of our pepper sprays contain UV DYE."
Michigan - Specific pepper or tear gas Formulations are required. We do not sell to Michigan.
